Payment
For postage delivery, full payment (item price + postage fee) have to be made up front before proceeding with postage process.
For certain items, a sum of deposit have to be made (will be stated in post) to avoid FFK / cancellation especially on COD and outside Shah Alam's areas delivery.
Postage
Postage is our main priority in our garage sale, but for certain items, COD in Shah Alam is required.
All postage will be deliver to your door steps by POSLAJU nationwide.
We do postage only within Malaysia.
We will do postage only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. (If public holidays falls on that day, postage process will be done on the next following working days)
Postage fees bare by buyers.
Items delivers by postage is at buyer's own risk. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages upon receiving items. We will do our part by sending items in very good condition and proper wrapping before sending out goods.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD can only be made at designated areas in Shah Alam only
- Shell Section 9 (next to Concorde Hotel)
- Petronas TTDI Jaya (next to Politeknik Shah Alam)
For certain items, a sum deposit have to be made before COD. This is to avoid cancellation or FFK.
For delivery outside Shah Alam areas, an additional return trip cost applied in your purchase. That additional cost have to be bank in before COD is done.
Warranties and Guarantees
All used items will be sell without any manufacturer's / seller's warranties.
We will provide you some pictures of the sale items so that you can evaluate the condition of the items.
For electronic goods, we will provide pictures or video of the items in working and functioning mode as a guarantee that the items that we are selling is in working condition.
For brand new items, we will provide manufacturer's warranties if any.
For still under warranty items, we will provide you manufacturer's warranty and will stated how long does it valid in the item's post.
Exchanges of Goods
Good sold are not returnable.
We will do proper inspections on items a few times, before we post (pictures will be taken) and before we make delivery (pictures of items in wrapping box, if required for expensive/electronic goods).
All pictures taken is to be verified and satisfied by buyers before making decision to buy and to proceed with postage. (especially expensive/electronic goods)
